Blends

1. Bushmills White Bush-Bushmills ... 8

Bushmills is one of the best selling whiskeys in Ireland.  Fruity, vanilla infused and easy to drink.

2. Bushmills Black Bush-Bushmills ... 10

With a honey nut flavor, this whiskey is more complex and more robust than white Bushmills.

3. Clontarf - (various distilleries) ... 8

Sweet and thin with hints of cereal and honey.

4. Feckin-Cooley ... 6

Made with whiskeys from Cooley, this is a light approachable and young whiskey.

5. Finians Five Provinces-Cooley ... 8

Light, heathery and honeyed with subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit.

6. Jameson-Midleton ... 7

The largest selling Irish Whiskey.  Malty with hints of citrus and sherry.  This is the classic blend.

7. Jameson 12 Year Old-Midleton ... 12

Hits of leather and spice combine with dried fruits and milk chocolate.  A world-class whiskey.

8. Jameson Gold Reserve-Midleton ... 20

A viscous, oily, syrupy mouth coater with a long finish.

9. Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve Midleton ... 75

A blend of traditional pot still with rare aged grain whiskeys.  Full bodied with notes of ripe fruit, treacle and licorice.  Aged in bourbon and then port casks, this whiskey has a touch of dairy fudge and dark chocolate.  It has a long finish with an unmistakable note of barley.

10. Kilbeggan-Kilbeggan ... 6

Grainy with strong notes of honey and oatmeal.  Finishes with hints of coffee and dark chocolate.

11. Midleton Very Rare - Midleton ... 40

Classic Oak and bold cereal notes with beeswax accents.  Full bodied with a silky walnut finish.

12. Paddy-Midleton ... 8

The Paddy whiskey is named after Paddy Flaherty.  First produced in 1779.  Matured in oak casks for 7 years.  With a high malt content it is one of the softest Irish whiskeys.

13. Powers Gold Label-Midleton ... 8

One of the best selling whiskeys in Ireland.  A malty pot still whiskey blended with just enough grain whiskey.  Powers Gold Label is classically Irish.

14. Tullamore Dew - Midleton ... 7

Originally made in Tullamore, this classic is now distilled in Midleton.  Light and un-complex, this whiskey has essence of oak and sherry.  Popular throughout Europe.

Pure Pot Still

15. Red Breast 12 Year - Midleton ... 15

A single unblended Pure Pot Still.  Aged 12 years in sherry oak casks.  Awarded the Irish whiskey of the year for 2010 with a score of 96/100.  With hints of cinnamon, peppermint, linseed, licorice and a sherry finish, this is one of the finest Irish Whiskeys.

Single Malts

16. Bushmills 10 Year Old - Bushmills ... 10

With hints of sherry wood, malty and fudgy chocolate.  This single malt is a very approachable Irish malt.

17. Bushmills 16 Year Old - Bushmills ... 15

This complex whiskey is actually a blend of half bourbon wood cask aged whiskey and half sherry wood cask aged which is then further aged for 9 months in port casks.  The result is a unique dried fruit, almond and honey flavored gem.

18. Knappogue Castle-Bushmills ... 10

Based on the Bushmills malt, this 12 year single malt exhibits flavors of honey and toasted nuts.  A young whiskey.

19. Tyrconnell-Cooley ... 13

This slightly peaty whiskey is reminiscent of jasmine, honeysuckle and malted milk cookies.

20. Michael Collins - Cooley ... 7

This single malt is lightly peated.  A soft and drinkable whiskey with hints of a biscuity flavor, light smoke and vanilla.
